1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our LCD display products, services, or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, distributors, and customers of our products and services.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product specifications and technical information for our LCD displays. However, specifications may be subject to change without notice due to continuous product improvement.
Important: Always verify current specifications with our technical team before finalizing orders or integrating displays into your products.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Processing
- •Subject to acceptance & availability
- •MOQ applies to most products
- •Custom specs may extend lead time
- •No cancellation after production starts
3.2 Payment Terms
- •Standard: 30% deposit, 70% balance
- •Methods: T/T, L/C accepted
- •Late payments incur penalties
4. Quality & Warranty
We are committed to delivering high-quality LCD displays that meet industry standards and customer requirements.

- 12 months from delivery date
- Covers manufacturing defects
- Excludes misuse damage

5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our products, including but not limited to designs, specifications, software, and documentation, remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
Restriction: Customers may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on our proprietary designs without written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective products under warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of customer information and technical specifications. All customer data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
